Brockwell Lido Wall – FINAL

An homage to the Lido’s bricks rather than a copy. The finished square has a flavour of the variety in the bricks close up while hanging on to a sense of that municipal red block seen from Dulwich Road. It took me a while to get here, but I’m happy with the end result. There will be a second version in the blanket, with the contrast colours arranged differently.

Here again is the Lido from Dulwich Road, and the bricks close up.
